PETALING JAYA: Medan Prestasi Sdn Bhd, subsidiary of MK Land Holdings Bhd is confident of selling the remainder 20% of its Seasons Square 3-storey shops in Damansara Damai by the end of this month.
The balance 71 units with a gross development value (GDV) of RM23mil were expected to be sold in a month, said general manager Kamarulzaman Abu Bakar.
The 388 Seasons Square shops were launched in late 2003They are expected to be handed over to buyers by June.
With the units priced between RM150,000 and RM550,000 each, Kamarulzaman expects the total GDV to touch RM104mil
''Once we have sold all the units, we will aggressively promote the sale of the Seasons Square condominium. The units are located next to the shops,'' he said.
The project consists of two towers and a total of 899 units. Launched last September, the 524-unit Tower A is scheduled for completion next October.
