With escalating property prices in KL and PJ, RB Land is attracting potential homebuyers to venture outside the Klang Valley for more affordable and larger homes.
It often happens that we are presented with opportunities that will never again come our way. Such as the last chance to own a residential address that is the most coveted in Seremban.
Sri Carcosa, the ultra-exclusive development on the highest point of the matured township of Seremban 2, was inspired by a taste for luxury and a respect for nature. Broad, tree-lined boulevards, walkways, jogging paths and hedges meander next to a four-acre Central Park.
Upon this serene greenery sit only 178 units of premium homes spaced out over 70 acres of freehold land, safely gated and guarded by a 24-hour security details.
This open-plan community is designed to highlight the freedom of the vast outdoors and to provide more useable outdoor living spaces. Without fences, neighbours enjoy a closer communal spirit. The RM6.5 million Residents’ Clubhouse also caters for an active social life. Its amenities include an infinity pool, gym, outdoor games court, playground, and a multi-purpose hall.
Among Sri Carcosa’s other attractions are an ecological pond, and proximity to Jusco, schools, medical centre, and a 15-acre City Lake.
The Meta-Villa exudes cool chic with its pastel and white facade
A wise person once said, “Don’t buy the house; buy the neighbourhood”. What makes Sri Carcosa the only prestigious residential address in Negeri Sembilan is the winning combination of an exclusive community and distinctive residences.
The final gem
Distinctiveness is the catchword for this last phase of Sri Carcosa. Open for sale are special limited edition of only 46 premium units, consisting of four Villas of a single design, and 42 Meta-Villas with a choice of two designs.
Designed to blend in with the tropical environment, each Villa exudes cool chic with its pastel and white facade. Its contemporary style and signature high sloping roofs and eye-catching horizontal linear finishes sets the Villas apart from other designs. Each unit boasts a private terrace and balcony from which to view the breathtaking outdoors. These limited edition homes are price from RM573,800.
RB Land claims it is the only company in Seremban that is involved in such a high-end residential, gated community project. In terms of demand for Sri Carcosa, it is popular among middle to upper class income earners such as lawyers, doctors, pilots, senior managers and businessmen.
It is interesting to note that Phase 1 units, which initially cost RM500,000 to RM600,000, have appreciated to about 15% to 20%, representing a major appreciation in property value over the last three to four years. Sri Carcosa has buyers from as far as Johor, the Klang Valley, Selangor and Perak.
Datuk Soam Heng Choon, managing director of RB Land Holdings Berhad, explains that buyers for RB Land’s range of properties appreciate the well-planned environment with complete amenities and facilities. The 15-acre City Park has become an icon for Seremban residents; many big community events are held, for example the Chap Goh Mei Festival attracted a 15,000-strong crowd from all around Seremban.
Beside this premium product, S2 township has many other properties that are affordable compared with those in the Klang Valley. Terraced houses are priced from RM180,000, semi-detached houses are from RM360,000 and bungalows, from RM352,000.
