BENETON Properties Sdn Bhd, the developer of the high-end Stonor Park Condominium project, expects between RM110mil and RM120mil in sales after completion of the project in 2006.

Its chief operating officer Leong Swee Han said the company was confident that the project would be very well received in view of its strategic location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur as well as its design and architecture.

''The Stonor Park condos are situated next to the Petronas Twin Towers, which is a commercial hub, and therefore we expect very good response from prospective buyers. The 20-storey condo, which comprises 71 units, has an innovative interior and uses high quality materials and has a modern architecture.

''High security systems are equipped throughout the building and on ground,'' Leong told StarBiz after unveiling the company's new corporate logo in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.

Leong said that earthworks on the condominiums had already started and piling work would follow soon. The price for each unit ranges from RM1mil to RM5mil.

Beneton Properties is currently one of the country's leading developers and designers of avant garde residential, hospitality and commercial properties.

Among its projects are Menara Perkeso (a 20-storey office development in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur), Plaza 138 (which includes the 24-storey Park Plaza Hotel and office complex in Jalan Ampang) and Prima Ukay and Prima Court in Saujana Melawati, Kuala Lumpur.

Leong said the company's new projects included residential properties located at Persiaran Hampshire (Jalan Ampang) and Prima Villai in Saujana Melawati. The former, she said, was awaiting approval from the relevant authorities and would probably take off by year-end and the latter, by June this year.

She said the new corporate logo would signify the company's inno-vative approach to property development as well as mark Beneton's vision as a leading developer of both commercial and residential developments.
